The Hygrometer provides constant temperature/humidity monitoring without paper or pens storing a record of the environmental conditions while displaying the temperature/RH history on the large LCD panel.
The Hygrometer is completely electronic so problems of older mechanical hygrometers are eliminated. There are no moving parts and nothing to wear out or replace. So it needs no maintenance. You can set it in place and forget about it. There is no recalibration every time someone touches it or moves it to another place. It is completely electronic so there are not delicate balances, hairs, or springs to get upset. This means that the sensors remain in calibration. Temperature and humidity samples are all stored in the on-board RAM memory and each is displayed on the large LCD display.
A series of internal menus make the Hygrometer completely stand-alone. It does not need to be programmed with a computer. All the internal menus are password protected so that no unauthorized person can make change to the settings, although they can freely scroll through the displayed charts of temperature and humidity readings.

Two Remote Sensors
The 2di Hygrometer can be used to monitor the temperature and humidity in two different rooms or two different areas in the same room. Each of its two sensor modules can monitor temperature and humidity.

Variable Chart Display
The chart display makes it easy to see what has happened over time. One quick glance at the display is all you need to see the last day or two. To see more than this zoom out to increase the time frame displayed.
Every time you push the zoom-out button the amount of time on the chart is doubled, until finally you can see a year or more of data. The hygrometer does actually store and display over one year of continuous temperature and Humidity history if you are taking a sample every 10 minutes.
Can be downloaded to a computer for a paper chart or archiving
Periodically you will want to download the collected data to your computer to print out the chart or just to save it to disc. Simply plug in the PC-interface cable which comes with the Hygrometer to your computer, click on the TView software program and click on the upload data button. The stored data will flow over to your computer monitor where you can examine it, print it out or save it to your hard drive.
Internal alarm and external relay
The Hygrometer internal alarm can be set for high and low temperature and humidity. Settings include a trigger point and a delay so that momentary swings of temperature or humidity do not trigger false alarms. The hygrometer is also equipped with a relay to trigger an external alarm, buzzer, light, or auto dialer. It can also be wired into your building alarm system. This feature makes it possible for you to be notified if conditions become unsafe even in the middle of the night.
