Protect your inventory
Get rid of your old once-a-day temperature check of refrigerator and freezer temperatures. The ThermaViewer will monitor the temperature for you. Your current hand-written paper record hanging on the refrigerator, assuming that it is accurate, only tells you what the temperature was once a day. This is just not good enough. For example: You have no way of knowing if the refrigerator got too hot and then cooled down while you weren't looking. And there is no way to tell if the door was open an entire shift.
Visible Temperature Chart
The ThermaViewer clearly shows what happened to the temperature over the entire day, weekend, week, and month. It can be installed in minutes and can be used by anyone.; The chart display is right where every employee can see it.
Every one of your employees will automatically be a member of your QA team. Unusual temperature events stand out so you will know, for example, if a defrost cycle got stuck on your freezer and the temperature rose to 55° for six hours and then fell back into the safe range when the next defrost cycle kicked in. Without the ThermaViewer there is just no way to know what went on with your refrigerators and freezers.
Phone Call Alert.
Each ThermaViewer has a dry-contact relay which will trigger the optional dialer to call you, or the local alarm to alert your employees, if the temperature gets too hot or cold for too long.
HACCP monitor!
The ThermaViewer has two digital sensors to document your refrigerator and freezer. It constantly notes the internal temperature, drawing a chart on the large LCD display. One look at the display is enough to get a picture of the temperature conditions over the last few hours, or days or even weeks and months.
Installs Quickly & Easily
The easy-to-use menu system, allows you to set up the unit in minutes. Once it is plugged in you will be prompted to set the date and time and the limits for the sensors. That is all there is to it. You will be up and going in minutes.
Battery Backup
There are two different battery backups, to protect your data. A nine volt battery powers the ThermaViewer for over 40 hours if wall power is interrupted. After that, an internal battery takes over to protect the data.
