Protects Blood Plasma

The Viewer is constructed from high-impact materials and engineered for years of use.  It is used to alarm freezers where blood plasma is stored.  Blood plasma is normally stored at -30° and must be maintained at that temperature.  If the freezer begins to get hot, maintenance needs to be alerted immediately to prevent thawing of the product.

The Viewer triggers an auto dialer or local alarm if temperature moves out of your limits.  It draws a temperature chart on the large LCD display for documented proof that the blood plasma was stored at the proper temperature.

Auto Dialer or Local Alarm

Its onboard relay triggers an auto dialer or loud siren and flashing strobe if temperature moves out of the user set conditions.  You will be alerted no matter what time it is or where you are.  The phone dialer calls four different phone numbers and deliver a 16 second message so that you can immediately respond to a dangerous condition.

Bullet Proof

Not only is your inventory expensive it is irreplaceable and must be constantly guarded so it remains fresh and safe.  The ThermaViewer is a 24/7 watch-dog device that insures that it remains viable.  The refrigerators and freezer used for tissue storage are mechanical devices that can and periodically do fail.  The Viewer  is an electronic solid-state device that has no moving parts and will continue to operate for years and years.  It has two different battery backups so that if the power fails for any reason it will continue to monitor and alarm the tissue storage appliance.

Computer Backup

Downloads to a computer through a serial port for archiving or to print a paper chart as proof that the freezer operated at the proper temperatures.  Comes with the computer interface program and cable

.
Prints ten months of temperature history.

Keeps the auditors happy

Most certifying agencies now require a monitor on each freezer where blood plasma is stored to document the temperature 24/7.  The Viewersatisfies this requirement perfectly.

No Maintenance

It continually monitors and documents the temperature drawing a temperature chart on the large LCD display.  It doesn't use paper charts or pens and requires no maintenance.  This blood plasma freezer alarm operates 24/7.
