The included TView  program downloads the graph to your computer so that you can print off a paper copy or archive the temperature history to a file on your hard drive.  Documented proof is saved in your computer in an encrypted data file and a printed graph can be generated at any time.

Insure HACCP compliance.

Two thermocouple sensors on twenty foot cables can be positioned to monitor two different areas or batches simultaneously.  The Viewer  stores and charts over 44000 data points. Much better than a Chart Recorder or Data Logger.

Compare the ThermaViewer to alternative ways to track temperature.  The Viewer is less expensive, easier to install and use.  And your employees don't spend their time writing down temperatures or changing charts and pens.
